THE HOUSE:

• Location: Llanychan,Near Ruthin in North Wales
• Country house - Accomodation for 12 people

This spacious and comfortable house is in the beautiful Vale of Clwyd, with golf, fishing, moutain biking, tennis, watersports, hill and forest walking all available locally.Conwy and Chester are half an hour away.The groundfloor is suitable for wheelchairs.

• Lounge with dining area and patio windows to a large covered patio, secound lounge with double sofa-bed, breakfast kitchen, bathroom with toilet, seperate toilet, 5 bedrooms (all with washbasins).1 double with en-suite bathroom and toilet, 2 twin, 1 single plus pull-out single bed, 1 downstairs twin with private facilties en-suite adapted for disabled guest.

Shop, pub, bar meals and restaurant 1 3/4 miles away; shops 3 miles.Bed linen and towels included in rent,2 cots,2 highchairs, stairgate, color TV, radio, dishwasher, microwave, minibar and parking for 6 cars. Dogs are welcome.

We are more than willing to come and pick you up from Chester or Rhyl train station if required and if you need a lift to the pub or whatever, its not a problem.Basically, this house has been used as a holiday home for the last 10 years...that is until we decided to convert it to holiday home with a difference, 12 state-of-the-art computers hooked together in the fastest LAN around.Now you can still go on holiday but have the luxury of the use of the system in a dedicated gaming room.So all we ask is that you dont smash the place up, apart from that, the place is yours for however long you decide to stay. Please feel free to make as much noise as you want, there are no neighbours and most importantly, please come to enjoy yourself. Hopefully later in the year we will host a tournament or two, and invite back the gamers who impressed us most with their skill or determination.You can use the house like a training camp if you want, you wont find better gaming systems...or you can come and just relax and play the games just for the fun factor.

Sorry we dont have any pics up at the moment...we are currently renovating the dowstairs of the house at this very moment. We are running the systems inside another house on the same property, but once the building has been completed, pics of the house will be posted here.
